All subscription purchases made on our OTT platform are non-refundable, except in special circumstances mentioned below. By subscribing, you agree to this refund policy and our Terms of Service.
- Eligibility for Refunds

- Technical Issues
You may request a refund if:
- You were unable to access the service due to a verified technical issue on our end.
- The content consistently fails to load or stream despite a stable internet connection.
- There was a platform-wide outage that affected most users.
Note: Issues caused by your device, internet provider, or third-party apps are not eligible.
- Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally made duplicate payments for the same subscription, you are eligible for a refund of the extra amount.
- Unauthorized Transaction
If your account was charged without your knowledge or consent, a refund may be issued after verification.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after subscribing.
- You watched or partially watched the content.
- Your subscription expired before you used it.
- You purchased the wrong plan but already accessed content.
- Offers, discounts, trial plans, or promotional packages are non-refundable.
- Free Trials
If your subscription includes a free trial, no refund will be provided once the trial automatically converts into a paid plan unless a technical error occurred.

To request a refund:

- Registered email/phone
- Payment screenshot
- Transaction ID
- Reason for refund
- Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
- Third-Party Payment Platforms
If you subscribed through Google Play, Apple App Store, or any other third-party platform, their refund policies will apply. We may not be able to issue refunds directly in such cases.
